SSLG series feed pellet crumbler is a special poultry feed crusher to break big pellets into smaller pieces for old poultry and animal. SSLG series feed pellet crumbler is equipped with gap adjustment between rolls to get required particle size of feed. One roll is fixed and is driving one while other is movable for gap adjustment. Feed pellet crumbling machine is also supplied with rotary feeder for full width and uniform feeding to crumbling rolls for optimum crumbling performance with minimum fines. Every Crumbler is fitted with by-pass mechanism to opt for passing through with or without crumbling.

SSLG series feed pellet crumbler is equipped with gap adjustment between rolls to get required particle size of feed. One roll is fixed and is driving one while other is movable for gap adjustment.
Feed pellet crumbling machine is also supplied with rotary feeder for full width and uniform feeding to crumbling rolls for optimum crumbling performance with minimum fines. Every Crumbler is fitted with by-pass mechanism to opt for passing through with or without crumbling. Crumbler is fitted with heavy duty bearings for prolonged life and adjusting roll is spring loaded for protection from foreign object.

2 Main Features:: 1) SSLG series feed pellet crumbling machine is mainly used to break big pellets into smaller pieces for animal, especially poultry. The big pellets will affect animal digestion. Usually it is used in feed pellet production line and after cooling pellets.
2). Its specific purpose is to crumble big pellets into small ones which size is 0.6~ 1.5mm or 1~2.5mm;
3). Compact structure, evenly size granulates, convenient and quick adjustment;
4). Rolls perform differential rotational speed. Pellets are pressed, sheared and torn, thus reaching ideal crumbling effect; 5). Unique feeding hopper and bypass device not only serve to distribute the products, but also serve to bypass the products not requiring crumbling. When bypassing, automatic stoppage is realized through limit switch;
6). V-shape belt driving is adopted. It is stable, low noise, reliable and easy to operate.
